Welcome!

I am a fifth generation Texan originally from Waco, Texas.  I enjoy reading, writing fiction, bicycling in the area, and woodworking at home.  I was a restaurant manager for thirty years before becoming a teacher; this is my thirteenth year teaching.  We moved to Seguin from San Antonio eight years ago and love the Seguin area.  I love teaching English literature and composition.  I love Southwest Prep--it's truly an amazing school.
