Meet the Principal
Mrs. Wills-Pacheco attended Our Lady of the Lake University for her Bachelor's Degree in Science with a concentration in Early Childhood and emphasis in Special Education. She obtained her Masters Degree in Education with a concentration of Special Education from the University of Texas, San Antonio. After working in the field of Special Education for 13 years she decided to pursue leadership. She attended the McNeil Foundation's leveling program and became a certified principal in 2016. Mrs. Wills-Pacheco was the principal of Northwest Elementary from 2015 to 2018. She became the principal of the MS/HS and ECHS campus in 2018.
Her educational experiences have allowed her the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals to meet the goal of closing academic gaps and increasing student achievement. Her educational philosophy is based on the belief that all students can learn, given a structured and positive learning environment. She believes that students thrive best when they have teachers that have high expectations, are encouraging, supportive and fun. All of which, the Northwest Campus possesses.
Mrs. Wills-Pacheco approaches the commencement of the new school year with an invigorating sense of enthusiasm and anticipation. Recognizing the profound impact that education has on the development of young minds, she is eager to cultivate an enriching and dynamic learning environment for her students. Her dedication to fostering academic excellence and personal growth is unwavering, and she looks forward to engaging with her pupils in meaningful ways. As she prepares to implement innovative teaching strategies and create an inclusive classroom atmosphere, Mrs. Wills-Pacheco is committed to inspiring her students to embrace their potential and pursue knowledge with vigor.
